Ingredients

1 cup (about 300 g) Nutella

2 large eggs

½ cup (about 65 g) all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease an 8×8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Nutella and eggs until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add flour and gently fold until no streaks remain.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until shiny, slightly crackled on top, and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Cool completely before slicing.
