Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, for melting

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing in a bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs with peanut butter until fully combined. Scoop 1 tablespoon portions and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler until smooth.
  4. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate and return to parchment. Optionally, sprinkle with crushed cookies, nuts, or sprinkles.
  5. Chill until chocolate coating is set. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use white chocolate instead of dark for a sweeter variation.
  • Swap in flavored Oreos (mint, peanut butter, etc.) for a fun twist.
  • Add crushed pretzels, toffee bits, or chopped nuts for extra crunch.
  • For gifting, drizzle with extra chocolate, sprinkle with sea salt, or roll in sprinkles.
