Ingredients
- 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves (preferably spearmint)
- 4 to 5 thin cucumber slices (English cucumber preferred)
- 2 to 3 thin ginger slices (fresh ginger root)
- 1 pinch black salt
- 1 pinch spice mix (blend of turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper)
- 240 to 300 ml cold filtered or bottled water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Place mint leaves, cucumber slices, and ginger slices into a glass or small pitcher.
- Sprinkle black salt and spice mix over the ingredients.
- Pour in 240 to 300 ml of cold water.
- Stir gently to mix and help dissolve the spices.
- Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Add ice cubes if desired, stir once more, and enjoy.
Notes
- Add a slice of lemon or lime for a citrus boost.
