Ingredients

  • 1 wheel brie cheese (225 g / 8 oz)
  • 1/3 cup fruit jam (strawberry, raspberry, apricot, or fig)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans, optional)
  • Crackers or sliced bread, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place brie on a small baking dish or tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Optional: Score the top rind of the brie lightly in a crisscross pattern.
  4. Spoon jam over the top of the brie.
  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle cinnamon if using.
  6. Top with nuts if desired.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until soft and melty inside.
  8. Let rest 2–3 minutes before serving with crackers or bread.
