Ingredients

  • For the beef:
  • 200g beef strips
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the veggie mix:
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 carrot, shaved or thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bell pepper (red or yellow), sliced
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the fries:
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into thick fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fries: Toss cut potatoes with olive oil and salt. Air-fry or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. Cook the beef: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion until soft, then add beef strips, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and tender.
  3. Sauté the vegetables: In another pan, heat olive oil. Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and celery. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5–7 minutes, keeping the veggies slightly crisp.
  4. Assemble: Plate the cooked beef, sautéed vegetables, and crispy fries together. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.
  • Don’t overcook vegetables—slight crispness enhances texture.
  • Use sweet potatoes or zucchini for variation.
  • Fries are best when cooked in an air fryer or oven for crispiness.
  • Reheat fries separately to maintain texture.
