Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed or 240 g)
1 cup rolled oats (90 g)
1/2–3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (75–110 g)
Optional: 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Mash bananas thoroughly in a mixing bowl until smooth and mostly lump-free.
Add rolled oats and stir until evenly combined and thickened.
Gently fold in blueberries and cinnamon if using.
Transfer mixture to prepared dish and press into an even layer.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and center is set.
Cool for 10–15 minutes before lifting out and slicing into 9 squares.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
Frozen blueberries can be used without thawing.
Store refrigerated up to 5 days.
Freeze individually wrapped squares for up to 2 months.
Warm in microwave 15–20 seconds before serving if desired.
