Ingredients

  • 4 cups (400 g) bok choy, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the bok choy thoroughly and slice in half lengthwise if needed.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add bok choy and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, and water.
  6. Pour the sauce over the bok choy and stir to coat evenly.
  7. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens and bok choy is tender.
  8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
