Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry broccoli and cauliflower, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, capers, red onion, and parsley.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
