Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup buffalo-style hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, buffalo sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Toss chicken strips in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
  3. Lay out tortillas. Spread dressing in the center of each.
  4. Layer with lettuce, carrots, avocado slices, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Add cooked chicken strips on top of the veggies.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken tossed in buffalo sauce for a shortcut.
  • Swap ranch/blue cheese with Greek yogurt dressing for a lighter option.
  • Warm tortillas slightly before assembling to prevent tearing.
  • Store ingredients separately for fresher wraps when meal prepping.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce quantity to control spiciness.
