Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 ½ tablespoons avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Light blue cheese dressing, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the cauliflower into even, bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large bowl, mix avocado oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the sauce mixture until fully coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
  6. Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking the basket at the 6-minute mark.
  7. Remove when golden and crispy. Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing if desired.
