Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing into a dough.
  2. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  3. Mix mozzarella, feta, parsley, dill, chives, oregano, and black pepper for the filling.
  4. Divide dough into 6 portions and roll into circles.
  5. Place filling in the center, seal edges, and flatten into discs.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
  7. Cook each flatbread for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  8. Serve warm.
