  4. Fold in sweetcorn, cheese, and herbs.
  5. Preheat waffle maker and lightly grease if needed.
  6. Spoon batter into waffle maker and spread evenly.
  7. Cook for 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove and repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm.
