Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix (dry)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas, chocolate pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
  2. Gently fold the whipped topping into the chocolate banana mixture until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Spread half of the crushed graham crackers evenly over the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish.
  4. Spoon and spread half of the chocolate banana mixture over the graham cracker layer.
  5. Add the remaining crushed graham crackers on top, followed by the remaining chocolate banana mixture, smoothing the surface.
  6. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips evenly over the top and finish with sliced bananas.
  7. Cover the dish tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
