Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug or bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to remove lumps.
  2. Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
