Ingredients

  • 23 medium bananas, sliced into ¼-inch rounds
  • 1 cup chocolate (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (creamy or natural)

Instructions

  1. Slice bananas into ¼-inch rounds and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  2. Melt chocolate and peanut butter together in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, or use a double boiler until smooth.
  3. Drizzle or spoon the chocolate–peanut butter mixture over each banana slice, coating well.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes until chocolate is set.
  5. Transfer slices to the freezer for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute almond or cashew butter for a different flavor.
  • Top with sea salt or crushed nuts before chilling for extra crunch.
  • Use dark chocolate for a richer taste or add coconut oil for a thinner coating.
  • Try white chocolate or colored candy melts for festive occasions.
