Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought pizza dough (1314 inches)
  • Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, divided
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • Vanilla Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly grease a pizza or sheet pan with 1/2 tablespoon melted butter.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, and softened butter. Mix until crumbly. Set aside.
  3. Roll or stretch the pizza dough to fit the pan. Brush with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon.
  4. Evenly distribute the cinnamon sugar crumble over the dough and gently press it down.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and topping is melted.
  6. Meanwhile, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth to make the glaze.
  7. Let the pizza cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with glaze. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Add sliced strawberries, bananas, or nuts after baking for variety.
  • Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce for extra richness.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream for a decadent dessert.
  • Let cool before slicing to help set the topping.
