Ingredients
12 oz (340 g) ziti noodles
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the ziti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes more.
In a large bowl, combine cooked ziti, beef, and Alfredo sauce. Mix until evenly coated.
Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Do not overcook the pasta; it will continue cooking in the oven.
Use freshly grated cheese for the best melt and flavor.
Make ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a golden cheese topping.
