Ingredients

  • 12 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped and lightly toasted
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Layer 4 sheets of phyllo, brushing each with melted butter, and place in the pan.
  3. Top with half of the Brie, cranberry sauce, and pecans.
  4. Repeat with another 4 buttered phyllo sheets and remaining filling.
  5. Finish with the last 4 phyllo sheets, brushing each with butter.
  6. Brush the top with butter, sprinkle rosemary and black pepper, and drizzle with honey.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

  • Keep phyllo covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
  • Use a serrated knife for clean slices.
  • Substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
  • Add sliced pears or apples for extra sweetness.
