Ingredients

  • 20 ounces dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 12 ounces dry roasted peanuts (salted)
  • 1 1/2 cups red and green M&M’s
  • 2 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles (or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add dark chocolate wafers and roasted peanuts to a crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stirring once halfway through.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper while the mixture cooks.
  4. After chocolate is melted, let it cool for 2–3 minutes, then stir in M&M’s.
  5. Use a 3-tablespoon cookie scoop to drop clusters onto the baking sheet.
  6. Top each cluster with sprinkles immediately before chocolate sets.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or let set at room temperature until firm.

Notes

  • Try white or milk chocolate instead of dark for a different flavor.
  • Swap peanuts with almonds, cashews, or pecans.
  • Stir in mini marshmallows, peanut butter chips, or pretzel pieces for variation.
  • Top with flaky sea salt or crushed peppermint for extra flair.
