Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 mango, peeled and sliced
  • 2 passionfruits, seeded
  • 1 cup milk (plant-based or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blueberry Layer: In a blender, combine blueberries, 1/3 cup of milk, and a few ice cubes. Add 1 teaspoon honey if desired. Blend until smooth and pour into the bottom of a tall glass.
  2. Mango Layer: Without rinsing the blender, add mango slices, 1/3 cup milk, and a few ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Gently spoon or pour this layer over the blueberry mixture, pouring slowly to keep the colors distinct.
  3. Passionfruit Top Layer: Spoon the passionfruit pulp over the top of the smoothie layers.
  4. Optionally, garnish with fresh blueberries and diced mango cubes.
  5. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
