Ingredients

1 box strawberry flavored natural gelatin mix

1 box orange flavored natural gelatin mix

1 box apple flavored natural gelatin mix

1 box white grape flavored natural gelatin mix

1 box blue raspberry flavored natural gelatin mix (naturally colored)

1 box grape flavored natural gelatin mix

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

6 packets unflavored gelatin (divided as needed)

Water (for dissolving gelatin, per package instructions)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the first gelatin flavor according to package instructions. Pour into clear cups or glasses to form the first layer. Refrigerate until fully set (about 30–45 minutes).
  2. For a creamy layer, dissolve 2 packets unflavored gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup cold water. Let cool slightly, then pour over the set jello layer. Refrigerate until firm.
  3. Repeat alternating fruity gelatin layers with creamy layers until all colors are used, ensuring each layer is set before adding the next.
  4. Refrigerate until all layers are completely set (6–8 hours total). Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Skip creamy layers for an all-fruit rainbow look.
  • For dairy-free, replace sweetened condensed milk with coconut milk and sweeten to taste.
  • Make in a 9×13-inch glass dish instead of cups, then cut into squares to serve.
  • Ensure each layer is fully set and cooled before pouring the next to avoid mixing colors.
  • Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days; do not freeze.
