Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, mash banana and mix with milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the pan.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with desired toppings.
