  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • Optional for serving: Tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks

Instructions

  2. In a slow cooker, combine cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, shredded mozzarella cheese, and shredded chicken.
  3. Stir all ingredients until well combined.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Stir again before serving. Optionally, top with extra mozzarella and let melt.

Notes

  • Reduce buffalo sauce for a milder dip or increase for more heat.
  • Swap mozzarella with cheddar or Monterey Jack for a different flavor.
  • Use reduced-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
  • Can be made in the oven or microwave instead of a slow cooker.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
