Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 200 g graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add condensed milk and continue whipping until smooth and slightly thickened. Add vanilla if using.
  3. Spread a thin layer of cream mixture in a dish.
  4. Layer graham crackers over the cream.
  5. Spread a layer of cream mixture over the crackers.
  6. Add a layer of sliced mangoes.
  7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with cream on top.
  8. Optionally top with extra mango slices or crushed graham crackers.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.
