Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped oranges
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped dragonfruit
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup chopped kiwi
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh mint
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry all fruit.
  2. Peel and chop oranges, pineapple, dragonfruit, strawberries, mango, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place all chopped fruit in a large bowl. Add raspberries whole and gently mix in.
  4. Sprinkle chopped mint and squeeze lime juice over the fruit.
  5. Add chia seeds if using.
  6. Gently toss to coat all fruit evenly.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate in airtight containers for later.
