Ingredients

  • 2 medium kiwis (150 g), peeled and diced
  • 1 large banana (120 g), sliced
  • 1 large orange (180 g), peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup (165 g) fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup (140 g) blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon (21 g) honey (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Prepare the strawberries, kiwi, banana, orange, and pineapple by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add all the fruit to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle with lime juice and add honey if using.
  5. Gently toss to combine without mashing the fruit.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.

  • For added texture, mix in diced mango, apple, or pomegranate seeds.
