Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 120 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme. Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into skillet. Cook for 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

  • Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
