Ingredients

1 batch bread dough (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (optional)

½ tsp salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare bread dough according to package or recipe instructions, allowing it to rise fully.
  2. Divide risen dough into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small scoop.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning (if using), and salt.
  4. Roll each dough ball in the garlic Parmesan mixture until fully coated.
  5. Place coated dough balls into a Bundt pan, layering evenly. Pour any remaining butter mixture over the top.
  6. Let rise for 30–45 minutes until dough has puffed and nearly doubled in size.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20–25 minutes (mini Bundt) or 30–35 minutes (regular Bundt) until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Cool for a few minutes, then remove from pan. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use store-bought biscuit dough for a quick shortcut.
  • Add fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme to the butter mixture for extra aroma.
  • Layer shredded mozzarella or cheddar between dough balls for extra cheesiness.
  • Add red pepper flakes or jalapeños for a spicy twist.
