  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for crunch)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the prepared dish. Pour garlic butter over shrimp to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp. Add panko breadcrumbs if using.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until shrimp are pink, opaque, and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
