Ingredients

1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

3 tbsp butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic until combined.
  4. Transfer dough to the baking sheet and brush evenly with garlic butter.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the dough.
  6. Season with parsley, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Cool for a few minutes, slice into strips, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add herbs like rosemary or thyme to the garlic butter for extra flavor.
  • Stuff with cheese for a gooey, filled breadstick version.
  • Serve with marinara, garlic dip, or creamy sauces for extra indulgence.
  • Add vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or peppers before baking for a twist.
