Ingredients

  • For the Peanut Butter Base:
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter (480 g)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (115 g)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (5 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5 g)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (240 g)
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (150 g)
  • For the Chocolate Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (270 g)
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (30 g)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and creamy peanut butter until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add vanilla extract and salt, stirring well.
  4. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until smooth and fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in graham cracker crumbs until thick and evenly combined.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top evenly.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons peanut butter in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  8. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  10. Lift out using parchment overhang and cut into 24 bars before serving.
