Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon pistachio cream
  • 1 cup (8 oz / 227 g) cold milk, preferably 2%
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 shot espresso (1 oz / 30 ml), freshly brewed

Instructions

  1. Add the pistachio cream to the bottom of a clear 12-ounce glass. Spread slightly up the sides for visual effect.
  2. Pour cold milk into the glass over the pistachio cream.
  3. Add the ice cubes evenly.
  4. Slowly pour the espresso over the ice to create layers.
  5. Serve immediately with a straw. Stir before drinking to combine flavors.
