  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and dried
  • 1 cup banana slices
  • 1 cup apple cubes
  • 2 cups marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add chocolate chips and heavy cream to the crock pot.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat, stirring every 10 minutes, until smooth and fully melted (about 20 minutes).
  4. Stir in vanilla extract until fully combined.
  5. If too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of warm cream and stir.
  6. Switch crock pot to warm setting and serve immediately with dippers.

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate for a more intense flavor or milk chocolate for extra sweetness.
  • Coconut milk and dairy-free chips make a great vegan version.
  • Add espresso powder or cinnamon for depth.
  • Stir occasionally while serving to keep it smooth.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently with a splash of cream.
