Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened (optional)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 lb lump crab meat, drained and checked for shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Old Bay, paprika, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in crab meat and shredded cheese.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
