Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Add the milk, melted butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the oats are coated.
  4. Fold in the dried cranberries and distribute them evenly throughout the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the oatmeal is set and lightly bubbling around the edges.
