Ingredients

  • 2 large naan bread
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place naan on the tray and spread tomato sauce evenly, leaving a 1 cm border.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cooked chicken, and ground beef evenly over the top.
  5. Top with a little extra cheese if desired.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and naan edges are crisp. Slice and serve hot.
  7. Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Assemble as above and cook one naan pizza at a time for 3–5 minutes, until crisp and melted. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Use plain or garlic naan for different flavor bases.
  • Don’t overload with sauce to prevent soggy crust.
  • Use air fryer for a crispier, faster option.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in oven or air fryer, not microwave.
