Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Layer with half the bananas, crushed pineapple, and strawberries. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with walnuts, if using.
  5. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and smooth the surface. Add the remaining fruit, drizzle more chocolate syrup, and sprinkle additional walnuts if desired.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and extra fruit or chocolate syrup, if desired.
