Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Nutella, almond flour, and eggs. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 25–27 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out just clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan before slicing into 9 squares.
