Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella)
  • 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Nutella, almond flour, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 25–27 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before lifting them out and slicing.

Notes

  • Remove at 25 minutes for extra gooey texture; bake slightly longer for firmer brownies.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt to the batter or sprinkle on top for contrast.
  • Chopped hazelnuts can be stirred in for crunch.
  • Make sure brownies cool fully for the cleanest slices.
  • These brownies freeze well for long-term storage.
