Ingredients

    • Salad:
    • 2 navel oranges, tangelos, or clementines
    • 2 Cara Cara oranges
    • 1 Moro blood orange
    • 1 tbsp fresh chopped mint
    • 2 tbsp toasted pepitas or pomegranate seeds
    • 2 tbsp feta or goat cheese (optional)

 

  • Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. Peel the oranges with a knife to remove all white pith. Slice into rounds, halves, or quarters, removing seeds.
  2. Arrange orange slices on a platter in a colorful pattern.
  3. Sprinkle chopped mint, pepitas or pomegranate seeds, and optional cheese over the fruit.
  4. Whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest. Drizzle dressing over the salad.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate covered for up to a few hours before serving.
