Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • Additional blueberries and a pinch of cinnamon for serving
  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons honey for added sweetness

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, blueberries, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
  3. Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or wrap and refrigerate overnight (at least 6–8 hours).
  4. In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and top with sliced almonds, extra blueberries, and a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
  5. Add honey if desired and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen blueberries if fresh are unavailable—no need to thaw.
  • Add more almond milk in the morning if oats are too thick.
  • Top with almonds just before serving to retain crunch.
  • Make multiple jars at once for easy meal prep.
  • Warm briefly in the microwave if you prefer them heated.
