Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend pitted dates in a food processor until a sticky paste forms.

  3. Add cocoa powder, coconut, honey or date syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Blend until well combined into a thick mixture.
  4. Roll small portions into bite-sized balls using your hands.

  6. Place on a lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
