Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (about 250 g)
  • 120 ml tomato sauce
  • 200 g fresh mozzarella, sliced or shredded
  • 80 g halal turkey ham or beef ham, sliced
  • 100 g artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 100 g fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 50 g black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 2 g salt
  • 2 g dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°C (482°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  2. On a floured surface, roll or stretch the dough into a 30 cm circle.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza peel. Spread tomato sauce evenly, leaving a border.
  4. Top with mozzarella, then evenly distribute halal ham, artichokes, mushrooms, and olives.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and oregano, then drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Remove from oven, rest for 1 minute, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use low-moisture mozzarella for a firmer texture.
  • Add roasted bell peppers or fresh basil for extra flavor.
  • Substitute grilled chicken for halal ham if desired.
  • Don’t overload with toppings to keep the crust crisp.
