Ingredients

  • 16 wooden kabob skewers
  • 1 cup strawberries (halved if large)
  • 1 cup raspberries (or extra strawberries)
  • 1 cup mandarin orange slices
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup purple or red grapes
  • 1 cup large marshmallows (optional, halved if desired)

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and cut fruit into bite-sized pieces as needed.
  2. Thread one strawberry or raspberry onto the top of each skewer.
  3. Add one to two mandarin orange slices.
  4. Add one pineapple chunk.
  5. Add one green grape.
  6. Add two blueberries.
  7. Finish with one purple grape and an optional marshmallow on top for a ‘cloud’ effect.
  8. Serve plain or with your favorite fruit dip.
