Ingredients

  • 4 packets ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 4 cups tomato sauce, divided
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place two dry ramen bricks in a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread 1 cup of tomato sauce over the noodles, then sprinkle with ½ cup each of mozzarella and parmesan.
  4. Repeat the layers: another two ramen bricks, 1 cup tomato sauce, and another ½ cup each of mozzarella and parmesan.
  5. Finish with the remaining sauce and cheeses on top.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
