Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons half and half
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries, raspberries, honey, orange juice, and lemon juice until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, filling one-third. Freeze for 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix vanilla Greek yogurt, half and half, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add as the second layer and freeze for another hour.
  3. Blend blueberries, blackberries, honey, orange juice, and lemon juice until smooth. Pour as the final layer.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours until fully solid.
  5. Remove from molds and serve.

Notes

  • Freeze each layer before adding the next to keep layers distinct.
  • Use fresh fruit if desired, but freezing time may increase.
  • Adjust sweetness with more or less honey based on fruit ripeness.
  • For dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and cream alternatives.
  • Run molds under warm water briefly to release popsicles easily.
