  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  5. Add the flour and mix just until combined—do not overmix.
  6. Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 9–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers are set.

Notes

  • No need to chill the dough—bake immediately for best texture.
  • Use softened, not melted, butter to prevent overspreading.
  • Try different chip flavors like butterscotch or white chocolate.
  • Add mini marshmallows or nuts for extra fun and crunch.
  • Cookies freeze well—store in an airtight bag for up to 2 months.
