Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (or more, to taste)

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 ½ pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking sheet or use nonstick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet. Drizzle with the butter mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until shrimp are pink, firm, and opaque.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add colorful veggies like bell peppers, asparagus, or cherry tomatoes for a complete meal.
  • Swap Italian seasoning with smoked paprika, Old Bay, or cajun seasoning for a different flavor profile.
  • Substitute parsley with fresh cilantro or basil.
  • Squeeze additional lemon juice over shrimp before serving for extra brightness.
