Ingredients

Cinnamon graham crackers

Hot fudge sauce

Toasted marshmallow ice cream

Whipped cream

Chocolate (shavings or drizzle)

Additional graham cracker pieces

Mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Spread a thin layer of hot fudge on the bottom of a loaf or cake pan.
  2. Arrange a layer of cinnamon graham crackers over the fudge.
  3. Spread a layer of toasted marshmallow ice cream over the crackers.
  4. Repeat layers—hot fudge, graham crackers, and ice cream—until the pan is nearly full, ending with a layer of ice cream.
  5. Smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and press lightly to seal. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, ideally overnight.
  6. Before serving, let it sit at room temp for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
  7. Top with whipped cream, then sprinkle chocolate, extra graham cracker pieces, and mini marshmallows.
  8. Slice and serve frozen.

Notes

  • Swap in chocolate or caramel ice cream for variety.
  • Add chopped nuts or peanut butter cups for crunch.
  • Use regular graham crackers or gingersnaps if needed.
  • Homemade toasted marshmallow ice cream works great—just ensure it’s soft enough to spread.
  • Store tightly covered in freezer for up to 2 weeks.
