Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked, then remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
  7. Add cream cheese and Parmesan, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  8. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  9. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it.
  10. Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes to absorb flavors.
  11. Serve hot, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan.
